Skytrax has announced the top airports for 2015 and for the third year running, Changi Airport in Singapore tops the list.
This year’s results differ little from last year, with Incheon International Airport in Seoul, Munich Airport, and Hong Kong International also rounding out the top four spots and holding onto their respective places from 2014.
the list is divided between Asian and European airports, with not a single US hub managing to crack the top 10. Canada's Vancouver International Airport is the highest-ranking North American airport sitting at number 11.
Australia's best airport was Brisbane at number 20, just ahead of Sydney at 21.
Edward Plaisted, CEO, Skytrax said, “To win this prestigious award three years in succession is a remarkable achievement for Changi Airport Singapore, and underlines its popularity amongst air travellers as the world’s Best Airport. Changi Airport lives up to its reputation as the world’s Best Airport and rather than dwell on earlier success, the airport continues to innovate and concentrate on making the customer experience in the airport environment the most enjoyable."
Millions of travellers from across the globe take part each year in the world’s largest airport customer satisfaction survey to decide the winners for the Skytrax World Airport Awards.
