In 1977 both of them had tried to burn a tree using kerosene as a fuel and Lighter for their recreational purpose only.
As per the rule burning or cutting a tree is illegal in India then how they did That and why they are not arrested, whether there is a reason behind it or "Laws are meant only for common people".
